2. How We Use Information
To evaluate merchant account eligibility, provide quotes, communicate status, improve services, prevent fraud, and comply with legal KYC/KYB requirements.
3. Legal Basis
Legitimate interest, contract performance (processing your application), and compliance with laws.
4. Sharing
We share with acquiring banks and payment processors solely for underwriting when you apply. We never sell data. We do not share with gambling, casino, betting, or illegal entities.
5. Data Retention
Application data retained 7 years for compliance. Marketing opt-outs honored immediately.
6. Security
Encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted at rest, tokenization, access controls, and PCI DSS aligned handling. PHPMailer SMTP with auth.
