SavagePay Merchant Services provides merchant account referral and payment processing assistance for legal, compliant businesses. We are not a bank. Approval subject to acquiring bank underwriting.

3. Eligibility

You must operate a legal, compliant business, be 18+, and provide accurate KYC/KYB info. We DO NOT support gambling, casinos, betting, illegal adult services, money laundering, fraudulent activities, or any business prohibited by applicable laws.

4. Applications

All information must be truthful. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate decline and reporting. Submitting does not guarantee approval.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use site to submit prohibited businesses (gambling, casinos, betting, illegal). Attempts will be rejected and may be reported to fraud prevention networks.

6. Fees & Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on provided info. Final pricing set by acquiring bank after underwriting and disclosed before signature. No hidden fees; interchange-plus transparent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To maximum extent permitted, SavagePay Merchant Services not liable for indirect damages, lost profits due to decline or termination by acquirer.
